- preparation of model letters to be used by the client in the management of credit with debtors in default;
- indication of contractual clauses that can be included in contracts to better safeguard the creditor's position;
- out-of-court management of the creditor's position;
- determination and evaluation of suitable collateral and personal guarantees;
- assessment of the appropriateness of initiating legal action, in relation to specific legal and judicial issues of the individual debt position;
- precautionary and ordinary proceedings to safeguard the credit (attachment, revocation, judicial mortgage);
- enforcement acts;
- domestic and international factoring, assignment of receivables without and with recourse.

The firm is the representative in Italy of several international debt collection companies.
